Old Town Hot Springs is a multi-use recreational and fitness complex, featuring three natural outdoor hot spring mineral pools, varying from 98 to 103 degrees Fahrenheit. A 25-meter lap swimming pool, maintained at a comfortable 80 degrees for year-round use, is used for various swimming classes and water-based sports practices while a kiddie pool and two waterslides offer seasonal fun for all ages. The center has a wide range of massage options available and a fitness room along with personal trainers and group exercise classes. Located on the southern edge of downtown, the complex is within easy reach of the Steamboat Ski Resort and many restaurants and shops.
Pools and exercise center open Mon. – Fri. 5:30 a.m. – 9:45 p.m.; Sat. 7:00 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.; Sun. 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.; Waterslide dates and hours vary, call for details.
