Howelsen Ice Arena features an Olympic-sized ice skating rink and all the accessories necessary to play or compete on the ice, including skate rental and sharpening. The arena has open skate times for all ages as well as skating classes for children and hockey leagues for both youths and adults. The complex is located just south of Howelsen Hill Ski Area, across the Yampa River from downtown.
